Translation of the Indian novel “Nalukt” – The House of the Grandparents – by its author, M. t. Vasudevan Nair. This novel was the first in the career of the writer, the prince of Malabar literature, and it is also the first novel to be published as a printed book in 1958 AD in the history of Kerala novels. It has been translated into different Indian languages and into English at different periods.
